Hi there! This is my very first blog entry, so please bear with me.
This blog is all about allergies, mostly food allergies, but I will address others as well. I have been living with food, indoor and outdoor allergies for about ten years now. When I was first diagnosed with food allergies, I felt that my life was over; but while going allergy-free has been challenging, it has been one of the best things that has happened to me. I hope that everyone who find this blog will be encouraged and inspired to move beyond the down feeling that comes with food allergies and move on to enjoy whatever life puts on your plate!
